InnAxx Consulting was founded in January 2020 by Herb Riband. Herb works with a select group of start-ups, NGOs, multinational organizations and academic professionals that are bringing innovative approaches to improving global health, healthcare delivery and healthy aging. His primary focus is to accelerate human-centric approaches to healthcare, data and technology-based solutions, new business and financing models; and pragmatic policies to improve health outcomes.  InnAxx Consulting’s work includes the following projects:

• Developing innovative approaches to help private sector companies contribute to achieving universal health coverage (UHC) and improving the control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

• Developing ESG/sustainability approaches for the innovative biopharmaceutical industry.

• Supporting cities in low-to-middle income countries as they work to improve access to equitable, quality cancer care.

• Designing strategies and building networks to help health system stakeholders improve value (where value = patient-relevant health outcomes/total cost of delivery).

• Advising university centers on policies and initiatives relating to human and planetary health.

• Developing a first-in-Europe “education for life” university program that encourages lifelong and inter-generational learning, social impact and growth/renewal
